Terms and Conditions
Deposit and payment procedure
- A deposit of 20% of the total holiday cost shall be paid at the
time of booking to secure the required dates. The remaining balance of the
amount due is payable eight weeks before departure.
- A security bond of £150 ($210) will also be required payable eight
weeks before departure, which will be held against possible loss, breakages
or damage.
- The security deposit (less any amount deducted for loss, breakages
or damage) will be returned within 28 days of the end of the rental.
- The Client will also pay the full replacement cost of any damaged
or lost item should such replacement cost be more than the amount of the
security deposit.
- Extra rental charges may be incurred should property repairs be
required as a result of damage by the Client or their party. Also, you would
be liable for loss of income charges if the Villa is unable to be let for
the following weeks, until the repairs have been completed.
Cancellations
- A deposit paid is non refundable, we reserve the right to cancel
any bookings if the Client fails to pay the balance plus security bond by
the due date.
- The total cost of the rental will be forfeited if cancelled within
30 days of departure.
- We accept no responsibility for loss of night's rental in the
villa due to flight delays or cancellations or any other circumstances.
- Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
Occupancy
- The maximum number of people allowed to stay in the villa is ten,
only persons named on the booking form are permitted to
stay.
- The villa will be available for occupancy from 1600hrs Florida
time on the first day of rental, and must be vacated by 1000hrs on the last
day unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
- We the owners of the property accept no responsibility whatsoever
for personal injury, loss or damage to persons or personal effects during
the rental period and / or use of pool or other facilities, regardless of
however it may be caused.
- The management / property owner will not accept liability for
failure of any facilities / services at / or to the property, however in the
event of a problem our management agent will endeavor to do everything
within reason to rectify the problem.
- Completion of the booking form signifies acceptance of the terms
and conditions stated above. The completed booking form is forwarded to our
management team in Orlando prior to your arrival
