The location is perfect, just a short drive to all the attractions, shops and restaurants that make Kissimmee so popular. It is conveniently situated just 2 miles to the south of Walt Disney World and just a very short drive to Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, MGM Studios, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Sea World, Wet 'n' Wild and International Drive.

Splendid China is the sign to look out for and this provides the nearest shopping area for groceries (large supermarket), several good restaurants and takeaways, bars and cinema, this is all just 1 mile away from the house on the same road

Directions to Amber-Saxon Villa from the North

Exit from the airport following signs to 528 West. Take 528, through two tolls, first $0.75 and second $0.50, to the intersection of I-4. Be in the left lane to go on to the I-4 West. Exit at 64B on 192 West. Continue straight for approx. 2.5 miles, take left turn at Formosa Gardens, following signs for Splendid China. Stay on this road for approx. 1 mile. Take the turning right into Indian Creek development, drive straight through 1st section and over the bridge. Continue straight, the Villa is on the left corner at the far end of the open recreation area.
