Our luxurious, two-storey, family home is situated on the Windsor Hills resort which is 1 minute drive from Highway 192. The actual location of the villa is in a quiet road with no through traffic.
The Villa is fully licensed and registered in the State of Florida and conforms to all legal and safety requirements, including smoke alarms and fire extinguisher.
There is a large lounge/great room, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer (with ice maker), microwave, toaster etc. together with a full compliment of crockery.
The villa is maintained by a local professional management company who ensures that the villa is immaculate for your arrival. Cleaning and Maintenance of our home is a very high priority for us and our management company always ensures that these are completed to rigorous standards. The swimming pool and lawns are also maintained to a very high standard. Furthermore, a coordinator is on 24hour call in case of emergencies. The house and patio area is totally non-smoking.

Located within 2 miles of Walt Disney World, our fully furnished, 5 Bedroom Luxury
Villa is superbly located for that fun filled holiday in the sunshine state of
Florida. Situated within the community of Windsor Hills, a secure luxury
community center with Pool and Spa and a host of other superior amenities -
imagine the benefits of a resort hotel that combines with the luxury of a first
class apartment, located less than 2 miles south of Walt Disney World. On site
the fantastic clubhouse area offers a
fabulous pool with sandy beach area and water slide, BBQ & picnic area, Tennis,
Volleyball and Basketball
courts, children's play area, 58-seat movie theatre, video arcade room and gym/fitness
center and convenience store. The Formosa Gardens Village is only 1/2 mile away
for shops, supermarket and many superb restaurants, including The Outback, TGI
Fridays, Carabas, Giordiano and several Oriental options. With Orlando's major theme parks all located within a 6
mile radius from Windsor Hills resort, AMBERSAXON II makes the ideal place to
plan and base your perfect family holiday.
Our home is a superior detached villa with stunning interiors and high vaulted
ceilings, fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans to give that feeling of space
and opulence, and is fully equipped to the highest luxury standards. It has full air-conditioning and its own patio, private swimming pool
and Jacuzzi spa with bug screen and privacy fencing for extra security. It is
set over looking the resort with a unobstructed view of the nightly
fireworks display held within Walt Disney World.
The Villa has 5 large bedrooms
each with their own bathroom and will sleep 10 people. The main Master bedroom has a 6' bed with
a beautiful en-suite bathroom, the 2nd Master bedroom has a 5' bed also with
en-suite facilities, with the third master bedroom also having a 5' bed and
en-suite and two other twin-bedded rooms sharing the family
bathroom, making our home idea for two families sharing. The two twin-bedded
rooms are on the upper floor so that the kids can watch T.V. and play games
without disturbing the adults.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in the large double garage. Two
hairdryers, an iron and ironing board are also supplied. A telephone in the
kitchen provides free local call, and the villa is fully internet enabled with
wireless connection. Cot and highchair can be made available,
please enquire upon booking. All linens and towels are provided, although we ask
you to bring your own cot linen.
